Shameless admission time: of all the songs Drake has so far unloaded during various episodes of OVO Sound Radio, from “Charged Up” to “Ojuelegba,” it’s the shamelessly addictive “Hotline Bling” that has gotten the most of my attention. An unofficial remix of “Cha Cha” by D.R.A.M, the song is essentially the “break-up” version of “Best I Ever Had.” Still, I can’t stop playing the song.
Another song I haven’t released my finger from the play button from comes courtesy of “Here” by another Canadian, Alessia Cara. That song an understated catchy tune which could propel the young singer to similar success as her male counterpart. However, she ups the ante with her take on “Hotline Bling,” which – naturally, I’m totally here for.
