Fetty Wap, the best thing out of New Jersey since, really, anything, announced in an interview with ABCNews his debut album will drop September 25.

“I’m just waiting for it to get mixed and mastered,” Fetty said. He added his album has been done for two months now.

Fetty Wap has dominated the charts over the summer, with songs “Trap Queen,” “My Way,” “Again” and “679” all appearing in the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100 at some point. I’m sure most, if not all, of those songs will appear on his debut album, which doesn’t have a name yet.

Just when you thought the Fetty Wap hype train starting losing its steam, here it comes again. I don’t know what it is, but I’m still not tired of the dude. “Trap Queen” played at a bar I went to over the weekend, and while as many of the frat and sorority song killers were rocking to it as much anymore, no one seemed to have the disgusted look a song like “Truffle Butter” or, in my case, that ridiculous fucking “Whip/Nae Nae” get when they ring around drunk ears too many times. (Disclaimer: I hate that “Whip Nae Nae” song all the time, not just when I’m drunk.)

Fetty’s got a chance to set himself for life for good with this album, so get ready for some more bangers just as infectious as “Trap Queen.”
