This coming Sunday (August 30th) officially marks the 10 year anniversary of the release of Kanye West’s multi-platinum sophomore album Late Registration; an album that further catapulted ‘Ye into super stardom and proved doubters, haters and detractors wrong. Late Registration was radical, innovative and energetically fresh during a very confusing time in rap’s history.
Although it would make sense to celebrate the release of what many consider his second instant classic, Kanye being Kanye – is planning something a bit more unorthodox. Which is, well, normal for someone like Kanye.

On Friday, September 25th, Kanye West will instead perform his fourth studio LP, the avant-garde and thoroughly influential 808s & Heartbreak in its entirety at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Pre-sale tickets start in one day, and general admission tickets are set to go on sale Sept. 4th via Ticketmaster.
