While I’m interested in seeing what Stephen Colbert will do when he takes over David Letterman’s now-former reins at The Late Show, for the time being Jimmy Fallon holds the title for the “best performers on late-night programming.” Need proof? Watch Lauryn Hill – whose live sets are so… let’s say, “out of control,” that you don’t know if you’re going to either see her perform folksy, sped-up renditions of her catalog, or show up at all – give one of the best performances ever on the show.
