Blended Babies – “So Slow” f. Anderson .Paak & King Chip

blame it on Patrick Glynn September 3, 2015

Anderson .Paak and producer group Blended Babies are set to release a joint project, The Anderson .Paak EP,together later in September, according to Pigeons & Planes. Today, we get the first song from the project with “So Slow,” which features King Chip.

Smooth as butter, .Paak coasts over Blended Babies intimate, wavy production as it seems like, along with an aggressive, stunting verse from Chip, they’re performing in a rough, dim-lit speakeasy filled with Cuban cigar smoke, glasses filled to the brim with Henny and women dressed in the tightest of dresses. It’s no “Suede,” but man, .Paak always brings a high level of swagginess to whatever he does.

Listen to “So Slow” below, and purchase it on iTunes. The Anderson .Paak EP is set to drop September 25.
