Not surprisingly, go-to-producer Apollo Brown has once again pulled together an ensemble cast of whos-who for his next album – the aptly titled Grandeur. Due out on September 25th (via Mello Music Group) – the Grand Rapids producer’s latest project will feature contributions from powerhouse players Freddie Gibbs, Oddisee, Your Old Droog, Ras Kass, M.O.P., Sean Price, Red Pill, OC, Masta Ace and others.
The latest single off Grandeur sees Brown connect with Westside Gunn and Cali Agent Planet Asia as the two wax poetic about their successes, triumphs and achievements.
This also might be one of the better flips of Wendy Rene’s “After Laughter” – aside from Wu-Tang’s “Tearz” obviously.
