Jeezy is definitely in the holy spirit. After revealing his alter-ego, Pastor Young, he delivered a powerful message of self-empowerment with his Zaytoven-produced “GOD.” Now, with his forthcoming eighth album arriving on November 13th, the good Pastor has now launched a new series called “Sunday Service.” Jeezy will, every Sunday leading up to his album’s due date, will release a new “sermon” in the form of videos, songs, letters or other such unique content. Even more, fans can reach out to him by texting him at 404-800-9983.

Delivering the first of many homilies from his pulpit, Tha Snowman and Zaytoven connect again for “Church In These Streets,” which also serves as the title track to his upcoming LP. Keeping in tune with his newfound sense of social consciousness, the bass-loaded track is less your grandmother’s holy lecture and more suited for a corner congregation. Get into it below.
