We’ve had Disclosure featured on the DopeHouse damn near every day over the last couple weeks as their album Caracal is set to drop Friday. After dropping “Echoes” on BBC Radio Monday, the electronic duo drops one of the bigger collaborations from Caracal, “Magnets” with Lorde.
“Magnets” was debuted on Zane Lowe’s Beats1 Radio show via Apple Music, as is almost every song from a notable artist nowadays. This is one of the more lively songs Lorde has appeared on with Disclosure’s deep island vibes providing the the setting for Lorde’s vision of intimacy. The Kiwi’s lyrics are summarized by the declaration her and her lover should “embrace the point of no return.” This song is warm as hell.
