Dirty Science, the record label of producer Exile, held a contest where they challenged emcees abroad to rap over beats from Blu & Exile’s Give Me My Flowers While I Can Still Smell Them. Los Angeles emcee Blac Negus accepted, rapped over the “Money” instrumental, bodied it and won! Blac Negus stayed pretty true to the flow of the original song, humming the rune of Vaughn Mason & Crew’s “We’re Gonna Funk You Up”/Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk” at the end.
