Kanye West & Pharrell Appear In Daft Punk: Unchained Trailer

A new Daft Punk documentary, Daft Punk Unchained, is set to drop in the United States by the end of the year, hopefully. Today, BBC Worldwide, who is producing the documentary of the secretive robots, premiered, and it features snippets of old interviews, Kanye West, Pharrell, Paul Williams and… a potential unveiling of the men under the mask?

The members of Daft Punk, as Kanye notes, are two of the most revolutionary artists when it comes to dance music. Dating all the way back to when I first heard them on MTV in 2001 with “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” they’ve had an incredible influence on electronic music and beyond, so it’ll be fun to see the robots’ careers pan out in a documentary.

The documentary premiered back in June, but it was only shown in French. Stay tuned when the English version of the film we be released. In the meantime, watch the trailer above.
