Looks like Rick Ross and MMG are looking to close out 2015 on a high note.
Seemingly inspired to bounce back from Meek Mill’s recent L, Rick Ross returned to form on his Black Dollar mixtape, Wale proved he can handle a Metro Boomin’ beat with finesse on “Voices In My Head,” Stalley is pushing his The Laughing Introvert EP, and even Meek is prepping Dreamchasers 4 – which sounds like it should be fire. Gunplay’s Living Legend LP might not have sold much, but the MMG wildcard still had some bangers on there too.
MMG’s current run has definitely been enjoyable to watch, but I kept finding myself asking, “Where’s Rockie tho?!”
Tonight, that call got answered, as the Chicago emcee resurfaces with “Thank You” featuring Rick Ross.
