In a world where his primary competitors – a giant Swedish company and, well, one of the largest technological companies on the planet – boast a combined 90 million customers – JAY Z’s TIDAL has achieved some success at his own platform recently reached the one million plateau. And to celebrate the occasion, the house of Carter will throw a small shindig in a relatively low-key Brooklyn venue you may have heard of: Barclays Center.

Seriously, I’d attend this concert for Prince, and adding the likes of Bas, Alessia Cara and the Flatbush ZOMBiES is a nice touch as well. TIDAL X: 10/20 isn’t just for show, either: proceeds from the pre-sale tickets will be matched by TIDAL, and all proceeds from the concert will be donated to the New World Foundation. TIDAL subscribers can cop a ticket now, while the general public can purchase one Friday, October 2nd.
