A Dr. Dre album doesn’t need promotion when it’s the highlighted 24/7 on Apple Music, but reminding people that it happened doesn’t hurt. It seems like Compton dropped an eternity ago with all the music that came out throughout the rest of August and September up to now, but now the album’s second official single, “Talk About It,” following its August 7 release has a lyric video to match.
Unveiled via Apple Music (obviously), I was hoping for a little more with Apple’s big budget behind this. Lyric videos, every once in a while, can be kind of cool, but this fell pretty short.
