With Raury’s All We Need out today, the ATL artist stops by The Late Late Show with James Corden to perform of the album’s lead single, “Friends.”

Surrounding a campfire, Raury and Co. hum the tune of the anthemic song about coming together as one. Giving it a full listen, “Friends” kind of has the feel of a Coldplay song while using the positive, world-changing messaging of Michael Jackson. Especially toward the end of the performance, you can tell the young duel-threat was trying his best to channel the King of Pop. Whether it works, that’s up to y’all, but it’s taking time for me to grow into liking Raury. We’ll see if All We Need does the trick.

Stream All We Need, and watch the performance above.
