Milwaukee emcee Wave Chapelle returns after creating the anthem to my basketball life with IshDARR, “Let’s Win,” with a far-more-somber cut, “Lately.” When someone gains a little bit of fame or notoriety — at least more than one is used too — the fear of changing comes across the mind. it did for for Wave, but he’s never wavered in his personality and taken the tour life, eye balls and ears in stride.
