Over two-and-a-half years after joining together for The Burgundy EP, Blu, MED and Madlib combine once again for the full-length Bad Neighbor LP.
Lasting 15 (with some coming out years ago), we’ve already heard two official single from the album: “Knock, Knock” with MF DOOM and “Finer Things” featuring Like and Phonte. It’ll be interesting if Blu and MED can create a chemistry over the course of a full-length or if it’ll wind up 15 songs of random connections with features, if that makes any sense. I’m 1,000 percent positive Madlib’s beats will not disappoint — especially after the godly production on “Knock, Knock” — so it’ll be up to Blu and MED to carry the project to another level.
