As a fellow introvert and advocate for anti-socialism, I am 100% here for 19-year old singer/songwriter Alessia Cara and her breakout song, “Here.”
Her rapid rise to fame is well deserved and her talent as a singer, musician and songwriter is vital in an industry filled with “studio musicians” and ghostwriters. Following a co-sign by Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, Alessia was tapped to perform her Isaac Hayes-sampling single to the stages of Ellen.
