After catching a “Body” with Chris Rivers and Fame (of M.O.P.) a few weeks ago, Rrose Rrome has decided to take an alternate route, delivering “Money Calling.”
The new single is a slight departure from what we’re normally used to hearing from the New York emcee, who usually brings the heat with his vivid street raps. However, “Money Calling” sadly seems to revolve around the theme of materialism. While this is a common theme that many of our favorite rappers touch on, I personally would rather see artists with as much potential as Rrose stick to the street raps and let the music speak for itself. The money and everything else will surely follow.
