Although he released an entire full-length project, Medicated Consumption, fairly recently, the work ethic of Chris Rivers has not ceased since. Following his music video with Sheek Louch, “I Got It Made,” he returns with the Emilio Rojas and Whispers-featured “The Life.”
With producer Khardier Da God using the same flip of Rotary Connection’s “Magical World” that was sampled in Fabolous’ “Life Is So Exciting” (from his Soul Tape 2 project), the three deliver bars over the slowed-down burner. While Chris Rivers packs enough bars in his verse to fill a small minivan, Emilio and Whispers ride shotgun with their respective heat-loaded offerings. Listen to it below.
