Tuesday night in London, Virgil Abloh, a friend of Kanye West and fashion designer, played a large part of the CDQ version of Kanye’s “Fade,” which features Ty Dolla $ign and Post Malone and was debuted at Kanye’s Yeezy fashion show, during at DJ set at XOYO.
I still feel as indifferent about the song as I did when it was previewed at the fashion show, but man that bass is crisp as hell. I’m not taking this as any sort of indication that it’s Yeezy Season, because I thought we were entering it back when “All Day” was dropped in March. I guess we’ll just have to wait and go with the flow.
