Grizzly City Boy Otis Reed shined brightly on his crew’s recent EP Grizzly City USA. Now he aims to break out on his own with the impending release of his second solo effort of 2015, Otissy.

The East Fresno spitter tams with his brother-in-arms Fashawn on that project’s first single, “What If God.” A faith-searching offering, Otis and Fash question their moral and secular beliefs using a basic inquiry: what if the Most High was Black?
