Rick Ross’ “Peace Sign” Sounds Just Like Jeremih’s “Peace Sign”

Before Rick Ross’ Black Market LP arrives at midnight, the internet is hit with one final track—the DJ Mustard-produced “Peace Sign.”

Now, on the surface, nothing seems out of place here. Ross and Mustard have worked together before. But when you play this song and it has the same beat and hook from Jeremih and Fabolous’ recent collaboration, you’re left scratching your head. Did Mustard double dip? Did Ross swoop on the Chicago singer’s single?(because WHERE IS LATE NIGHTS?!) Did Jeremih snatch it from Ross and lay his vocals over it? Who knows?

Anyways, “Peace Sign” sits at track 11 on Black Market, but is absent on Jeremih’s Late Nights: The Album—which just dropped!

Here’s Jeremih’s “Peace Sign” for comparison.

Back to Black Market, here’s “Black Opium” with DJ Premier.
