Editor preface: Killer Mike and El-P were perhaps one of the biggest 2016 GRAMMY snubs, but that isn’t much of a surprise given the fact that the organization doesn’t even broadcast any awards presentations for any of the “urban music” categories.
Anyways, Run The Jewels continued their winning streak when they stopped by the late-night stag of Jimmy Kimmel for a performance. However, not content with the relatively stodgy and tourist-heavy crowd they took their talents to the outdoor stage – the same where Travi$ Scott put on a memorable performance – and rocked out with high-energy sets of “Crown” and their eponymous 2013 single.
