Busta Rhymes Announces ‘The Abstract Went On Vacation’ Mixtape

Back in 2013, Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip joined forces to release an incredible joint project called The Abstract And The Dragon. Nearly two years later to the day, Busta resurfaces with news of an official follow-up, The Abstract Went On Vacation.

Unfortunately, as you may have guessed based on the title, Q-Tip will be MIA this time around.

As disappointing as that may be, Busta is still more than capable of handling things on his own. If the saying “you’re only as good as your last outing” holds true, then the OG is sporting a pretty nice batting average at the moment with a high-octane feature on Joyner Lucas’ “Jumanji” and “Respect My Conglomerate 2” with Fabolous, Jadakiss, and Styles P.

The Abstract Went On Vacation is due out Christmas Day (Dec. 25th), and if the two songs previewed above are an indication of the quality, we’re in for some fire this holiday season.
