While he unfortunately did not come through on his vow to release his new album Stoicville on December 11th, T-Pain has revealed that a new single from the project, “Officially Yours,” is on the way. In the meanwhile he stopped by the panel desk of Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, and during his time there he spoke on the fake controversy that is Serena Williams being named Sports Illustrated’s 2015 Sportsperson of the Year.
See, there are actually some people that felt that fellow winner – and horse, mind you – American Pharoah – should have ben the only recipient of the nod, and there’s a pretty good idea why despite the fact that no other individual athlete was as dominant as Serena was throughout 2015 (who, like the Golden State Warriors, lost only once this year).
