Atlanta buzzer Rico Richie continues to keep the hype he’s created from his single “Poppin’” with his recent drop, Realest Story Ever Told 2. The mixtape is also where fans can find his latest single, “Menace 2 Society.” That song has now received its own set of visuals.
The clip begins with actual footage of news reports stemming from Rico’s summer 2015 arrest, where cops – who were ironically looking for Young Thug instead – apprehended Richie instead. In his clip, Rico proverbially – and at times literally – gives the media coverage a middle finger for their rather negative portrayal of him, particularly after regaining a second wind following a previous charge that set back his career in its beginning stages. Whether or not the latest case will slow his momentum down remains to be seen, but for the time being Rico is determined to not let it dull his shine.
