It always appears that once someone comes out of jail, another goes right back in. At the time of this piece Bill Cosby now faces felony charges of an alleged sexual assault from 2004, while former Diplomat JR Writer was recently released from prison after spending a near two-year sentence. The Harlemite has subsequently hopped right back into the studio to record music, and he has released a track – “Welcome Back” announcing his formal return to the rap business.
