Daz Dillinger seems hell-bent on keeping the West Coast cliques that started in the ’90s alive and well in the ’10s, and I salute him for that. Daz is set to drop his album with Snoop Dogg (Cuzznz) on January 15, and now it seems the Long Beach producer/rapper is gearing up to rejoin with Kurupt and release a project as Tha Dogg Pound.

Declaring themselves “Ultimate Hustlaz,” Daz N Kurupt boast their successful drug dealing ways while alluding to their acumen as rappers, as well. For a while, Daz Dillinger and Young Gotti helped shape the sound of an era, and that’s not to be dismissed. Tha Dogg Pound just want to make sure you’re reminded of that.

The song came along with a website that declared “Daz N Kurupt Coming Soon DPG 4 Life,” so be on the lookout for more Dogg Pound as the year rolls on. Stream “Ultimate Hustlaz” below.

UPDATE: So that didn’t take long.

Daz Dillinger just dropped another song, “Violation,” from the duo, annoucning it’s from their upcoming album Daz N Kurupt, Kurupt N Daz.

UPDATE: Another one, no Khaled. This time it’s two new Daz solo records: “Succa Free” and “My 9 Goes POW.”
