Working on his next studio album, it seems Mick Jenkins has a plethora of tunes ready with singer theMIND and producer THEMpeople — enough to drop two songs with more seemingly locked, loaded and ready to go.The two songs, “Grenade Theory” and “$3,000 Advice,” came along with artwork with the title “Sip!” and a description saying “‘A collection of shit I’ve been working on with THEMpeople.’ [featruing theMIND].”

The first song, “Grenade Theory,” has Jenkins acknowledging that talent and his sky-high potential while the second, “$3,000 Advice,” is a little mix more relaxed and intimate with endless references and metaphors of water.

Over the last year and a half or so, Jenkins has released two water-themed projects (The Water[s], Wave[s]) to pair with some creative videos (“P’s & Q’s,” “Your Love“) all which have showcased the Chitown rapper’s long-bubbling talent.
