J’Von and froyo ma join once again (following their “Luv Of My Life” collaboration) for yet another soothing and talent-filled experience, “The Escape From The Evil Queen.” This time around, J’Von placed himself behind the boards for as Froyo, a Louisiana native, bookends the Seattle rapper’s storytelling with ambient and comforting singing.

J’Von, who released the song after hitting a personal milestone of followers on SoundCloud, added a whole bunch of background and depth to their adventure:

long, long ago in recent times, in a distant land not to far from here lied a fortress ran by an evil queen. being lured in by sweet nothings, catman was took captive, and was bombarded with eggs hourly.

it was solely up to froyo ma to rescue him & he was successful at infiltrating the fortress. however, doing so sent the area in “code RED”, and with no time for catman to even put his pants on, the duo began their escape.

While there’s no indication the two will explain the story anymore in any future collaborations, the thought is somewhat pleasing. Stream “The Escape From The Evil Queen” below.
