With more eyes on him than ever, Brooklyn’s Manolo Rose returns to his Concrete Rose roots with a new set of visuals for the mixtape’s twelfth track, “Grown Man.”
Similar to the video for his and French Montana’s “Super Flexin’,” “Grown Man” is a largely dark and ominous affair while Manolo spits his hard-hitting lyrics over an interesting sampled flip of Bob James’ “Nautilus.” Manolo also previews a new single, “DFY,” which is slated to land on his forthcoming project Soul of a Rose.
If he makes a visual treatment for the tape’s ninth track (it’s titled “2 Dope Boyz”), then it’s obvious that we’d have to have some input in that. Meanwhile, we’ll still bumping his collabo with Memphis Bleek, “So Different,” at ignorant volumes too.
