With Adrian Younge‘s Something About April II a week and a day away from its release date, the LA native drops the visual for a new cut from the album, “Winter Is Here” featuring Karolina (who also appeared on the album’s first single, “Hands Of God“).
Premiered along with black-and-white visuals reminiscent of a musical scene from a 1950s film of love, “Winter Is Here” features Karolina’s screeching vocals stretch across Younge’s signature psychedelic production casting a sense of doom on the world. As both Karolina and Younge flow across the screen, the song builds in tension before laid to rest with a final acceptance that daunting times are near.
