Jazz Cartier is one of the more promising artists coming from the Toronto area, and following his debut album Marauding in Paradise he returns with his first offering of 2016: his sophomore street album, Hotel Paranoia.

A 16-track affair, the project is highlighted by Jazz’ previous drops “Opera” and “Tales,” and fully displays Jazz’ cataclysmically dark and quasi-apocalyptic musical sensibilities. It’s not quite the summer of ’16 yet, but Jazz will heat up the remainder of the winter with this one. Stream it below.
