Statik Selektah – “The Curve” f. Westside Gunn, Conway, Your Old Droog & Termanology

The term “curve” can mean a few things. It can either be a line or outline that gradually deviates from being straight for some or all of its length” (according to Webster’s Dictionary), or it can mean “to deny/reject an individual’s expression of interest” (according to Urban Dictionary). According to Statik Selektah, however, “The Curve” means something totally different.

With Westside Gunn, Conway, Your Old Droog, and Termanology providing lyrical assistance, and Brady Watt supplying the bass, Statik’s “Curve” is a euphemism for “starting the work week off right with some bars.” Mondays may suck, but this song certainly does not.
