DaM-FunK – “Secure”

blame it on Patrick Glynn February 17, 2016

There is no one I enjoy consistently releasing loosies more than DaM-FunK. Following songs like “Forever Fly” and “Special Friends,” the funkmaster general continues a string of random releases with “Secure.”

Full of relaxing, spaced-out layers of dedication to funk, the Cali native continues to be the lead dog in the modern-day funk movement. “Secure” is lead by a deep synthesizer riff with a string of spacious synthesizers to fill the rest of the soundscape. The world would be a better place if it listened to and was influenced by DaM-FunK sounds.
