Smoke DZA – “Heard That” (Video)

Rory William Quigley, née Harry Fraud, is one of the New York producers whose vintage, hip hop revivalist sound seamlessly crosses between the mainstream and independent worlds with ease. Whether it is French Montana and Chinx or Wiz Khalifa and Joey Bada$$ and The Weeknd, Fraud’s sound is universal in urban music.

He links back up with Smoke DZA for this latest offering from his upcoming project His Has Risen, “Heard That.” Backed by some memorable saxophone wails, the accompanying music video is a mostly monotone affair that guest stars RetcH, some of George Kush’s harder-hitting lyrics and a joint longer than a shotgun. Watch the Daniel Friedman-shot video below.

His Has Risen arrives March 4th.
