As much as I have enjoyed some of Tim Westwood‘s drops (yes, even the infamous Trinidad James and Rich Homie Quan clips were amusing in their own right), the true highlights have been his throwback freestyles throughout his decades-long career. From DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince to Eminem and Proof, Westwood has thus far unearth a wealth of lyrical gems.

For his next give out, he reveals a freestyle from another member of the Wu-Tang Clan (following Raekwon): Ol’ Dirty Bastard. Circa 1995, ODB is joined by Buddha Monk for a 12-minute session over tracks like KRS-One and DJ Premier’s “MC’s Act Like They Don’t Know” and Raekwon’s “Criminology.” Dirty even freestyles the verse that would ultimately be “Brooklyn Zoo” as well. It’s bizarre, it’s all over the place, and it’s indelibly Dirt McGirt.
