Tim Westwood continues one of the best series in hip-hop, his Throwback Thursdays to vintage freestyles from some of the game’s legends. In recent weeks, the British DJ and radio host has unleashed freestyles from Snoop Dogg, Kanye West and Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and today, we get off-the-top bars from Method Man and Redman.

Recorded in 1999, right around the time the two were set to release their first joint LP, Blackout!, the two trade bars for 25 MINUTES. As I said: this is one of the best week-to-week experiences in rap music. Stream the freestyle session below.
