With just two weeks to go before eLZhi releases his long-awaited Lead Poison album, the Detroit emcee has decided to gift his fans with another gem.
I say “gift,” because that’s exactly what we’re getting here. With a beautiful canvas provided by the talented Karriem Riggins, eLZhi uses “Two 16s” to paint a pair of vivid tales of the life and tragedy of two separate individuals who never stood a chance against their harsh upbringings and troubled youth.
It’s amazing what this man can do with words.
