Spider-Man Swings Into the New ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Trailer

Welp, Marvel just sucked most of the wind out of DC’s upcoming Batman v Superman — due to arrive in two weeks.

Nearly four months ago, Marvel Entertainment blessed the world with the first trailer for Captain America: Civil War. And unlike DC, things went pretty quiet in the wake of our last look, aside from a tease of sorts which dropped during Super Bowl 50.

That’s likely because Marvel has built-in confidence that not much hype is needed for people to fill in to theaters when the film is released this May 6th. Not to say that BvS won’t attract a large audience, but just the fact that DC invested maybe a little too much stock in the promotion department, which may have deflated it a little.

Suffice to say, fans of both brands/franchises are in for quite the rollercoaster ride these next few months.

But we’re here to talk about the final trailer in the third installment of the Captain America films — where #TeamIronMan and #TeamCap face off. The movie will also feature a 15-minute splash page scene, shot entirely in IMAX — featuring an epic, all-out battle on the tarmac of an airport.

If you don’t know what the film is about, check out our recap (with potential spoilers) here. Watch the final trailer up top, featuring the first look at Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.
