The First Lady of the United States is set to give a keynote speech at South by Southwest Wednesday in support of her “Let Girls Learn” initiative, which tries to help allow 62 million girls worldwide to get the proper education they deserve. In addition to the speech, Michelle Obama put together an All-Star list of female artists for “This Is For My Girls,” a song aimed to empower and praise women.

Missy Elliott, Janelle Monaé, Kelly Rowland, Lea Michelle and Zendaya are just some of the women who joined the song, which was written by legendary songwriter Diane Warren.

Michelle Obama’s speech will start at noon EST on SXSW’s website, will be moderated by Queen Latifah and have guest appearances from Missy, Warren and Sophia Bush. “This Is For My Girls” will drop on iTunes tonight and can be streamed below.
