After making his DopeHouse debut in February of last year with his Legends Never Die project, Indianapolis emcee Steff Marvin is back at it with an official follow-up.
Led by the infectious first single, “Reasons,” Somewhere Further Than Here comes equipped with ten self-produced tracks about the life and times of the 23-year-old emcee/producer.
Unlike Legends Never Die, which relied on heavy jazz influence, SFTH leans more towards today’s style of production—which isn’t a bad thing, but worth noting.
