It’s been over a week and a half since Phife Dawg’s unfortunate passing, and the tributes are still deservedly pouring in. Last night, Soulection debuted the 252nd episode of their weekly radio show last week, and it’s two hours of content completely dedicated to the Five-Foot Assassin. The host of the show, Joe Kay, kicked off the show sharing his first memory of hearing Phife and A Tribe Called Quest before delving into the two hours of “samples, edits, everything in between, all in the same vain” as a tribute to Phife Diggy.
