Watch ‘Long Live The Pimp,’ A Documentary About Pimp C

In connection with Mass Appeal, Complex debuted a new documentary about Pimp C titled Long Live The Pimp, named after the posthumous album released at the end of 2015.

Over the course of the film, which clocks in at just under 30 minutes, the life and times of Chad Butler are showcased by his family and friends, including appearances from Bun B, Nas, DJ Paul, Rico Wade and many more. Starting from graduating high school with Bun, the featured interviewees discussed Pimp C’s impact on hip-hop from the beginnings of Southern rap.
