Kirko Bangz – “Love & Basketball”

Recently, Kirko Bangz has found himself remixing songs the likes of Kanye West, Rihanna and Young Thug following the release of his PlayaMade EP. As he preps a release alongside Ye Ali, the Houston native wants us to make sure his name can’t be forgotten by delivering yet another cut, “Love & Basketball.”

Influenced by the love stylings of Omar Epps and Sanaa Lathan, Kirko sings of a young love whom he’d fallen head-over-heels for. They met through each others moms, and when she changed school, Kirko followed her across town. This is a bit different than the trap stylings Kirko had gotten us used to over the past couple months, and it’s definitely an enjoyable switch-up.
