Snootie Wild – “Come Around” f. Kirko Bangz (Video)

It seems like Snootie Wild is officially back in the swing of pushing out new music. After delivering the coke-heavy “El Pablo” to jumpstart last week, the Memphis native returns with “Come Around” featuring Kirko Bangz.

The song was debuted via video, which was influenced by the movie Poetic Justice. “First of all, really to bring back the memory of Tupac and Black History Month because that was around the time I actually did shoot the video,” Snootie told XXL, who premiered the visual. “Other than that, it was how women have men issues and sometimes men don’t understand why. I wanted to just give an example of how to be patient but still at the same time you’re a man and about your business you can still make a woman come back around.”

In the visual, Snootie plays the role Tupac brought to life in the film — a mail man making his rounds, eventually falling in love with Justice (originally played by Janet Jackson). He delivers his bars with a sing-song flow (a la Future), though I’m kind of impressed to find he actually has some sort of voice in that area. In the end, Snootie just needs his girl to understand that he has feelings for him, and she’ll “Come Around” to feel them, too.
