Daye Jack just wrapped up touring the country alongside Pell. During the 30-date excursion, the Atlanta native dropped his first new song of the year, “Finish Line,” an upbeat, funky tune preaching positivity and completing everything to the fullest of your abilities.
Today, the loosie gets a visual in the form of a highlight reel filmed 30-plus years ago. Daye Jack, a track star in the video, showcases his talents in sprinting, running with a parachute on his back, stretching and his overall athletic ability. (Unfortunately, he didn’t include footage of him participating in a pole vault, which I’m sure would’ve ended wonderfully.)
