Throughout the latter part of 2015, Detroit spitter Nolan the Ninja dropped a flurry of singles, including the Phat Kat-featured “deploi,” “clockers,” and “gusto” — which all led up to his criminally underrated fuck the hype EP.

For early adopters of Nolan’s sounds, last year’s EP was merely a warmup of sorts. The slick Motor City lyricist is releasing his new album, he[art] on July 1st, featuring Phat Kat, Guilty Simpson, Finale, Red Pill, and Clear Soul Forces, plus production from MoSS, 5ynoT and more.

Stream the lead single, “dianetics.” below.

This high energy track features furious bars from Nolan over an uptempo beat. The song serves to remind the audience what to expect going forward and lay out Nolan’s motivations and aspirations in the Rap game plus how he views his own art over two frenetic verses.

Pre-order he[art] (out on DJ Soko‘s Left of Center imprint) on vinyl through UGHH or Fat Beats.
