If I posted every time Black Thought brought his rapping skills to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, you guys would’ve been sick of me three weeks after I started writing here. Instead, I wait until the moments gets start to bring in some personal interests. Like when Thought recaps the latest episode of Game of Thrones.

Naturally, if you haven’t seen the episode or plan on watching it, don’t continue reading or watch the video so nothing gets spoiled.

The Tonight Show, like many late-night shows before it, has a write-in segment, where fans send in letters (or, Tweets and Facebook comments, nowadays) asking Jimmy Fallon and friends to talk about a certain topic. But, unlike any late-night show before it, The Tonight Show has The Roots and Black Thought.

Wednesday night, someone from the writing team of The Tonight Show wrote in asking if Black Thought could recap the episode in under a minute. In robotic form, Tariq Trotter said he could and hopped into his rappin’ form: “Ay yo, it starts on Jon Snow, who died at the end of season five, Lady Melisandra still dreams he’s alive,” he kicks off the rhyme before delivering spoiler after spoiler (though the episode as a whole didn’t ruin much if you had watched the series up to the end of season five).

Black Thought: great. Game of Thrones: great. Black Thought rapping about Game Of Thrones: also great.
