If you were among the people who contributed to De La Soul‘s 2015 Kickstarter campaign for their new album, you were treated to a surprise in the midst of Drake’s VIEWS release. While it has taken them quite some time to release the final product, for those who kicked down a few dollars they treated fans to a gift for the wait: a new EP, For Your Pain & Suffering.
A four-track freelease, the Native Tongue legends also left the following message: their new album, and the Anonymous Nobody… has a due date of August 26th, 2016, just in time for summer’s dog days. Stream and download the new project below.
